We use PayPal to process payments - your information is fully protected and you DO NOT need a PayPal account in order to place a purchase.
Flat rate of £4.00 for postage on orders of any size.
All items are securely wrapped, jewellery will usually be boxed and tiaras come with a clear plastic storage box.
Terms & Conditions
Delivery:
We will despatch your order within 3 to 28 days of receiving payment.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered
Once products have been dispatched to within the UK, orders normally arrive in 3 -4 days and international orders can take up to 10 days depending on customs. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
Urgent orders can occasionally be prioritised. Please call 01428 661635 or e-mail info@louloubelles.co.uk to check delivery times before you place your order.
Most packages will require a signature on delivery and if you are unable to sign for your package items will be held at your local sorting office. Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to Lou Lou Belles.
Pricing:
Lou Lou Belles reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of an increase in the manufacturers prices.
Returns:
We only accept returns for broken or defective goods unless otherwise agreed between you, the customer, and Lou Lou Belles. If you are going to be making a return, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Deductions for postage will be made.
We require all items below £50 are sent back by recorded delivery and all items above £50 are sent back by special delivery. We do not take any responsibility for items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.
